Rules:

  1. A home can only win 1 category
  2. You must register on our website on or before Dec. 15, 2022.
  3. Displays must be in place by Dec 15, 2022 and remain up until Dec. 31, 2022
  4. We ask that all displays be lit up every evening by sundown until 10:00pm.
  5. Your home must be located in the in-town boundaries of Lindsay and have a Lindsay, Ontario postal address.
  6. No fee to enter.
  7. Judges and their families or businesses cannot participate.
  8. Judges will make their final decision by Dec. 30, 2022 and the winners will be announced by Dec. 31, 2022.
  9. Photos of the winning displays will be posted on our website.
  10. Star ratings from map will not be used as a judging criteria.

 

Judging Criteria:

  1. Visual Impact (Colour, Balance, Overall Attractiveness) (25 points)
  2. Workmanship/Craftsmanship (Quality of design) (25 points)
  3. Theme (Effective Representation of your Chosen Theme) (25 points)
  4. Creativity (Originality and Inventiveness) (25 points)
